Five inch pie tins are a great way to create individual
servings for dessert.

I roll out my pie crust in-between two pieces of saran wrap. |

Recipe for pie crust: 1 cup flour 1/2 tsp. salt 2 tsp. sugar 1/2 cup shortening or butter 1/4 cup ice water Recipe for filling: 3 cups granny smith apples 1/4 cup sugar 2 tbs tapioca Brush pies with mixture of 1 egg and 1 tsp water and bake at 375 for 40 minutes. |
